Interview NIPSCO workers about what Neale did to them

My daily perusal of The Times results, at times, with an evaluation of a specific item which, for a variety of reasons, I have a problem with -- especially when the article appears to be one-sided.

The June 26 article in the Forum section lauding the accomplishments of NiSource CEO Gary Neale is one of those articles.

In the interest of balanced and fair reporting, Bill Dolan and Jon Hendricks owe an interview to the 1,500 former employees who experienced the Gary Neale guillotine on how it has devastated their lives -- loss of salary, loss of health benefits, in some cases loss of homes which they could no longer afford. Thanks to Neale, these people suffered shattered dreams, broken spirts and, in some instances, were reduced to poverty status.

Can someone explain to all of these severed employees of NIPSCO why one person deserves an annual multimillion-dollar salary?

NIPSCO customers need an answer to the following questions: What were our gas and electric rates when Neale was hired in 1989? What are they now, and what was the percentage increase?

The comparison might prove the answer for his multimillion-dollar salary. I truly feel for present employees again threatened with the Neale guillotine.
