Life Insurance
Meal money increase to $11.00 – with receipt or not (Training Center $31.00/day)
Hourly meal money up to $3.00 (from $2.50)
Bonus and meal money to increase yearly at same percentage as wage increases
Vacation for employees hired on or after 06-01-04
Quarter days of vacation use returned, for up to two emergency days

Retirees to participate in PPO at current contribution levels – (15% or 23% depending on date of retirement)
Retain “Rule of 85” and all other retirement benefits
Funeral Leave
Addition of “Son-in-law” and “Daughter-in-law” for two regularly scheduled work days.
All employees payroll checks/payroll stubs will be sent by US mail to the employee’s home.
Two job classifications re-evaluated and upgraded
