This site is designed to allow NIPSCO Bargaining Unit Employees - members and retirees of USW Locals 13796 and 12775 to communicate and share information.  Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act states it is a violation for Employers to spy on union gatherings, or pretend to spy.
